Standard Warranty - Components/Producs Only
OCcomputers.NET's products have a standard warranty length of 60 days. During this period we will either replace/repair/refund (OCcomputers.NET choice) faulty product with
our standard order processing and shipping, furthermore the replacement may be a repair, remanufactured, new, equal or higher quality.
If product description states any other term for OCcomputers.NET standard warranty, then that length supercedes any general warranty.
Standard warranty for systems is different than that for components (parts).
Standard Warranty - Computer Systems Only
OCcomputers.NET's computer systems have a standard warranty length of 1 year (may vary, see system description). During this period we will either replace/repair (OCcomputers.NET
choice) faulty components in our covered systems, furthermore the replacement may be a repair, remanufactured, new, equal or higher quality. Type of service will be selected
by OCcomputers.NET (PC Aid), we may either do repair On-Site or take system Off-Site for service.
Turn around time for service will vary but we will always try to have a 1-3 day turnaround, this does not include if we need to special order parts.
Warranty Void
PC Aid Parts/Labor warranty is null if the system warranty seal is broken and/or tampered. Please let us install any new internal components/upgrades for your system, PC
Aid has low rates and provides a 20% discount for labor on any new system.
We strive to make each computer very reliable and take great effort in building and fine tunning every system. We take precautions to prevent static damage to any component
and are very carefull installing/removing vital components. Due to our great warranty coverage and our reputation, we do not want any other shop or the actual customer to
open/install/uninstall any internal component. This is a reasonable request since our company is backing up our systems and workmanship.
DOA Policy

All products unless otherwise stated have a 14 day DOA
period. If the product fails within the first
14 days from invoice, you may request an RMA.
We will test product and if it is found to be defective,
OCcomputers will send a replacement using standard processing
and shipping. If product is found to be in working
condition product will be returned to customer with
the customer paying for shipping.
After the 14 day DOA period expires, faulty product
must be covered under OCcomputer.NET warranty (as stated
for each product) for us to replace/fix/refund at our
discretion, as stated in our Warranty Policy.
