We sell systems because we noticed that most (if not all) of the big computer companies do not have any support and/or have low performance systems. A computer brings value
to you when it performs and if it having problems the customer gets little value from it. You might find lower prices, but our systems have extra value in that we sell you
what you need and design systems that can be upgraded for future speed improvements. Plus, we back our parts warranty with action and don't make you waste hours with tech
support, only to have someone come out and fix the problem.

Email us with any questions you may have, we will try to answer your email as soon as possible.
Parts and/or components sold through OCcomputers.NET have a 30-day RMA return period, after this period the end user must go through manufacturer's warranty unless otherwise
stated. For instance, some OEM components may have upto 1 year warranty through OCcomputers.NET, warranty rules for abuse, accidental damage and shipping must be followed
for warranty to be honored.

Call (714) 289-8442 and speak with a technician to schedule computer repair (if needed).
Visit PC Aid's Forum and create a new thread with any questions you may have.
A tech will be sceduled to pick up computer and troubleshoot system.
If problem is due to hardware, part will be replaced and system tested.
If problem is not due to faulty hardware (i.e. virus,
software, drivers) a fee will be charged, the amount
depends on type of warranty purchased (see
warranty).
Computer will then be delivered and setup.
All the customer has to do is call initially, then sit back and relax while computer is fixed. Countless hours spent with phone support will be history, which is how
a warranty should be (as painless as possible).
