Our Shipping Policy is designed to keep our prices low.  We strive to offer best possible prices and must therefore compromise on processing time for orders.  You will find that our prices our worth the wait (we are only talking about a few days, see below).  In fact, our overall shipping time will beat almost any other major retail store (i.e. BestBuy, CompUSA...).

Order Processing
Standard order processing is about 1 to 3 full business days.  Systems and some components will have other processing times, these various processing times will be displayed under product specifications.

We do not offer any guarantees on order processing, we are not and will not be held responsible for any possible backorder or delay in processing due to any reason.

OCcomputers.NET will strive to have the shortest possible processing time, in an event of delay/backorder/problem we will attempt to notify you using the e-mail address you have given us with the order.  Any other address or phone number will be used when deemed appropriate by us.

You will find that processing time is equal to or better than almost all retail and online stores.

Shipping Methods
At this moment OCcomputers.NET only ships packages using UPS service, other providers may at our choice be used as long as price, delivery date and insurance is equal. We use shipping rates provided by UPS based on weight, so we do not add to the actual UPS shipping estimate.  Your package shipping time should take approximatly 1-5 business days depending on distance.  We ship almost all products from Southern California, so if you are on the east coast please expect a 5 day shipping period.

If you require your purchase to arrive sooner, please choose next day or air shipping method.

Damage During Shipment
If your package is damaged during shipment please let us and the carrier know immediately.
