| DOA (Dead on Arrival)
Returns
If the your product does not work or stops working within
14 days (and you have original packaging) you may return
the product for an exchange through our RMA Policy and
Procedures. After the first fourteen days, you
will have to go through manufacturer for warranty coverage
(If any... will be stated with product description).
If you do not have original packaging you will only
have 7 day DOA coverage. Please keep original packaging
for at least 14 days.
If the your product does not work or stops working
within 7 days (and you don't have original packaging)
you may return the product for an exchange through our
RMA Policy and Procedures. After the first 7 days,
you will have to go through manufacturer for warranty
coverage. Be sure to have product packaged correctly,
DOA coverage will not be honored for any damage due
to improper packaging.
DOA coverage is invalid due to damage from customer
and/or improper usage. If product is damaged during
shipment please let the carrier and us know immediately
(within 2 business days).
Returns (for any other reason other than DOA)
We are sorry but we will not accept any returns except
for DOA (product stops working) after you open the product.
We are not responsible if you decide it's the wrong
color, size or product after you open it. All
that we can control is that we offer a great price,
shipping and packaging of your product.
If you have not, in any way opened the product, you
may return your product by following the RMA Policies
and Procedures, within 14 business days with an applicable
restocking fee applied to your refund/credit.
The restocking fee will be 15% of purchase price.
Customer is responsible for cost and proper shipment
of product back to us.
Special LCD Monitor Considerations
Due to manufacturing process of LCDs may have imperfections
(bright pixels, dark pixesl). All manufacturers
have a minimum amount before they consider any unit
to be defective. This various by manufacturer
and can be as high as 7 pixels before they consider
the unit defective and cover it under warranty.
(Keep in mind that each pixel is very small and a single
imperfection may never really be noticed.) OCcomputers.NET
will not (withing our normal 14 day DOA Policy) exchange,
replace or repair these units that the manufacturer
does not consider defective. After the initial
14days, please contact manufacturer for any warranty
issues.

Unless otherwise stated Items come with 60 day warranty
covered by us. After that time please contact
manufacturer for any warranty issues. Some products
may only have manufacturer's warranty and others may
not have any manufacturer's warranty, please confirm
this with us before purchasing components if this is
a major issue. We are not the manufacturer of
any products and therefore can only be held responsible
for shipping product as stated (new, refurbished, returns)
and making sure product is packaged correctly.
We offer a standard 60 day warranty for our products,
out of convenience for the customer (Unless otherwise
stated in product description).
Replacements
Please visit our warranty page for system and component warranty policies. OCcomputers.NET reserves the right to replace/refund/repair
at our option, your faulty components. If replacement is selected by us, we can at our choosing select equal or better components as the replacement part. After DOA
period we may replace part(s) with either new or remanufactured/recertified parts.
Cross Shipments
OCcomputers.NET does not cross-ship any products or components. We must receive DOA product before we can process any applicable credit/refund/replacement.
Restocking Fee
Our restocking Fee is 15% of purchase price. This
fee will be applicable as stated in any of our Policies.
