Standard Parts/Labor warranty will cover you for any (original/PC Aid Installed) component that might fail in the future, for length of the Complete Care Package.
Any software issues that you may encounter with your new PC will only cost you a small deductible for Off-Site repair or a small deductible plus very small hourly
rates for On-Site repair.
Deductibles are very small, currently $39. Please review current costs/procedures/coverage as stated in Maintenance Package.
Hourly rates for any onsite or extra services is only $10/hr. These rates are incredible and perfect for small businesses that do not have or need a full time IT/PC Support

We of course do not do custom programming and therefore do not guarantee any software program and/or its ability to perform differently than what the original manufacturer intended
or officially support. If a program has a bug or issue with your configuration/hardware we are not responsible for this and will recommend options for you, but a solutions
is not guaranteed.
Customer Installed Components
We strive to make each computer very reliable and take great effort in building and fine tunning every system. We take precautions to prevent static damage to any component
and are very carefull installing/removing vital components. Due to our great warranty coverage and our reputation, we do not want any other shop or the actual customer to
open/install/uninstall any internal component. This is a reasonable request since our company is backing up our systems and workmanship.
Therefore, PC Aid Parts/Labor warranty is null if the system warranty seal is broken or tampered. You can continue to receive our Maintenance benefits and have
us work on you system for stated costs.
